This book is a student handbook for writing and learning. Whether your students are in homeschool or a traditional school, this is a great resource to have on hand (for 9th-12th grade). It gives a detailed explanation of the writing process, the various forms of writing, tools for learning (such as reading and study skills), a proofreader’s guide, and a student almanac. Under research writing, it gives the guidelines for both MLA and APA papers. It is a great reference for the teacher or teaching parent to have on hand as early as sixth grade.
